This contract constitutes the complete and entire agreement between FUERTEGROUP and the CLIENT/USER/CANDIDATE and supersedes all previous agreements, commitments, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, that may have existed previously between them.

Regarding any disputes arising from the execution and fulfillment of the contract or services offered on this website that cannot be resolved extrajudicially, the courts and tribunals corresponding to the locality where the tourist establishment informed on this website is located will be competent, as this is the place where the obligation giving rise to the dispute is fulfilled.
