El Fuerte Marbella has its own car park for guests, at a cost of €25 per day (VAT included).

We provide guests with towels, free of charge, for exclusive use at the beach or swimming pool. Pool/beach towels are delivered/collected at the towel delivery point, which is located on the ground floor.

The hotel has direct access to the promenade, which leads onto the beach. We have sun loungers and parasols on the beach right in front of the hotel and available to our guests at no extra cost.

We have an exclusive Spa with a water circuit, dynamic pool and relaxation pool, sauna, Turkish bath, sensation showers, massages, double massage cabins and a product shop.

Access to Spa is not permitted for children under 16 years old. From 16 to 17 years old, they can only access accompanied by an adult.

If you’re bringing a pet, please let us know at the time of booking. The accommodation conditions are as follows:

Check-in:

• On arrival, you’ll have to show your pet’s health card issued by a registered vet.

Limitations:

• The maximum weight allowed is 5 kg (1 dog per room).
• If moving from one area to another within the hotel grounds, the dog must be kept on a lead or restrained by the owner.
• Cleaning staff will not clean a room if they believe the dog is left unattended by its owner.
• Dogs may be left unattended in rooms only if a contact number is left at Reception. Dogs may not be left alone in the room at night.
• You may stay with your pet only in the designated pet area on the main terrace.

Not allowed:

• Pets are not permitted in the hotel’s common areas such as gardens, restaurants, bars, pools, or the beach, except for the designated pet area on the main terrace.
• Dogs of breeds classified as dangerous.
• Dogs without an up-to-date official health card certified by a registered vet.
• Dogs without an electronic microchip for the animal’s identification.

Price:

€70 per dog/day, which includes a welcome kit in the room: bed, food, water bowl and waste bag.
